Technician Rental Service is a Lake Charles IT company that blends hands-on, get-it-done expertise with modern AI automation — serving Southwest Louisiana & East Texas and Calcasieu Parish.
Our story
Technician Rental Service LLC was founded March 18, 2017. Before that, the owner worked as a freelance IT technician — so the hands-on experience behind the company goes back well over a decade. We grew up fixing real problems for real businesses across southwest Louisiana, and we still answer the phone ourselves.
Today we pair that good old fashioned IT with modern AI — automating workflows and building AI assistants powered by Lantern, our own MCP product. The Elya assistant on this very site is an example: she runs on our own hardware, not a faraway cloud.
